Lawyer and partner at Carone & Partners Law Firm, he has been studying legal issues related to personal data protection for years, promoting their diffusion and scientific dissemination, and providing specialized professional assistance.

He currently serves as Data Protection Officer for several multinational companies and conducts training activities for the organizational structures of the companies he collaborates with.

He gained significant experience in analyzing, identifying, and mapping risks related to privacy protection, as well as in defining contractual, procedural, and organizational measures to ensure corporate compliance in this regard.

As an adjunct professor, he holds a Master of Arts in International Relations with a specialization in International Trade from the University of Palermo and serves as a Teaching Assistant in Comparative Business and European Law at Bocconi University in Milan. He has obtained certification as a Privacy Officer (TÜV) and Privacy Consultant, as well as Certified Information Privacy Professional / Europe (CIPP/E).

He graduated in Law from the University of Catania, completed the "Privacy Officer & Privacy Consultant" master's program, and obtained a master's degree in "European Studies and International Relations." He further specialized in the "Preparation Course for a Diplomatic Career."

He is the author of legal publications related to his professional interests and regularly speaks at conferences and seminars on various topics of data protection law.
