The Elective General Meeting of ASSO DPO – Associazione Data Protection Officer appointed the new members of the Board of Directors for the 2026–2030 term and approved the Association’s new Articles of Association, expanding the Association’s scope to address the emerging challenges of digital governance: data protection, cybersecurity, AI compliance and digital strategy.
At its first meeting, the newly appointed Board of Directors, defined the allocation of corporate offices and responsibilities, reappointing Matteo Colombo as President, updating certain operational delegations and welcoming two new Board members: Avv. Alessandro Vasta and Andrea Repetto.
The Board has also launched a reorganisation of the Scientific Committee and updated the network of Territorial Representatives, with the aim of strengthening the Association’s scientific, institutional and territorial presence.
ASSO DPO thus continues its growth path, confirming its role as a reference point for data protection professionals and further broadening its structured focus on the key areas that are reshaping the future of compliance and digital transformation.
