Monica Lippa is a lawyer and a Data Protection Officer certified under Reg. No. DPO 0277 by Bureau Veritas Italia S.p.A. according to the new UNI: 11697: 2017 scheme. She is also certified as a Certified Information Privacy Professional Europe (CIPP/E) and as a Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPPM) by the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP) according to the ISO 17024: 2012 standard.

She provides specialized legal assistance in the field of personal data protection, corporate law, real estate law and is a DPO in charge for public bodies and private companies. It is also part of a support team in the implementation of integrated management systems that comply with UNI EN ISO 22301: 2014, UNI CEI ISO / IEC 27001: 2014 and ISO / IEC 27018: 2014.

Before founding the Monica Lippa Law Firm, she gained many years of experience in the legal field as a consultant within major notary firms.

She graduated in law from the State University of Milan and attended the two-year course of the Notary School of Lombardy Federico Guasti.

She is fluent in Italian, German and English.
